Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Australia
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over AUD $79. Orders under will incur a flat rate of AUD $10 Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of AUD $12 Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping Carriers:
- We partner with Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and other reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order online using the link provided.
Shipping Delays:
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but these factors are beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
